CANCELLATIONS:
At Phoenix Beauty Therapy my clients are extremely important to me. I understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and cancellation of your appointment may be necessary. If you must cancel or reschedule, please do this with at least 24hrs notice. This will allow me to accommodate other clients on my cancellation list. Cancellations that haven’t given 24hrs notice will be charged 50% of total services booked. “No shows” will be charged 100% of total services booked.

If you are more than 10mins late, I cannot guarantee I will be able to complete your treatment for you. If your treatment is unable to be completed due to being late, the above cancellation policy will apply.

Gift vouchers:
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Vouchers are non refundable and not redeemable for cash.
